To change the sim owner name in NCELL, you'll have to follow the following steps:

1. Visit the nearest NCELL shop.

(Be sure it's a verified shop)

2. Take your citizenship document and a copy of photos (passport size) of yours.

3. Ask the client to check the registers name of the phone number you want to change the ownership.

4. Take the person or his/her citizenship document also in whose the sim was first registered.

5. Now, show up all your documents and request the client for transfer of ownership of sim.

How to check the sim owner of NTC?

To check the registered name for Ntc SIM card/mobile number,

• By USSD, you need to dial *922#.

Then you will get the display notification of the name in whose the sim was registered.

How to change the ownership of NTC sim?

 You can change the ownership of your sim by filling the form given below:

Fill the form and submit it to the nearest Nepal Telecom Office. Documents Required To Fill The Form: 

 A. For individual customers: 

 1. Certified citezenship of both the new and current owner. 

2. Recently taken passport size photo for both new and current owner. 

 B. For Institutional Clients:  

1. Proof of citizenship of the founder  

2. Certified copy of institution registration certificate×1  

3. Certified copy of tax registration certificate×1 

 4. Application place 1 on the letter pad of the organization.

It is very important to make the sim you're using in your name because it helps you to sign up in different online earning applications and surveys. The government of Nepal has also ordered all the citizens to keep sim of their name only. Using others sim card is illegal.
